We would love to welcome you to school to help us celebrate the King’s Coronation on the afternoon of Friday 5th May.
We will be have a fun packed day filled with exciting events including craft making, a Kings Parade including a ‘Royal Mile’ round the new outdoor mile track, a royal procession, the official opening of the Mile Track and a family picnic.
We would like to invite the children to wear red, white and blue as part of the celebrations and would welcome parents to school at 1pm to watch the procession and mile track opening, followed by our picnic.
This will be a relaxed event welcoming family and friends to chat and socialise together. We ask that you bring your own blankets, fold up chairs and picnic. Children who do not have family members that can attend will fully take part with members of school staff.
