As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, Team Owl headed outdoors for a refreshing walk from Keswick to Threlkeld. Surrounded by the stunning Lake District, the children enjoyed the benefits of fresh air, movement, and nature—all proven to support mental health and wellbeing.
