Children’s Mental Health Week
As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, Team Owl headed outdoors for a refreshing walk from Keswick to Threlkeld. Surrounded by the stunning Lake District, the children enjoyed the benefits of fresh air, movement, and nature—all proven to support mental health and wellbeing. It was a fantastic day of adventure and mindfulness!
